Terms of service

These terms govern your use of fluumi.com and any order placed with Greenhub OÜ (registry code 14775727, Kopli tn 40a, 10412 Tallinn, Estonia), trading as Fluumi ("we", "us").

Products and orders

All products are preserved and artificial flower arrangements, handcrafted to order. Product descriptions, photos, and prices are presented in good faith but may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of each piece. Prices are listed in EUR and include Estonian VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud; if we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our listed payment providers. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

Delivery

We deliver within Estonia and other EU countries as listed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and on our Shipping policy page; these are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address you provided.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in line with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Full details on how to exercise this right, and on refunds, are set out in our Return and refund policy.

The Fluumi Return and Reuse program

Separately from your statutory withdrawal right, Fluumi offers an ongoing return and reuse program: you may send back a bouquet at any time for a discount toward a new one. This is a goodwill program offered at our discretion and does not replace or limit your statutory rights.

Care and durability

Our bouquets are preserved and artificial, so they do not require watering, but they are not indestructible. Please follow the care instructions provided with your order. We do not accept liability for damage caused by misuse, exposure to direct sunlight, moisture, or handling outside the provided care instructions.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Estonian or EU law.

Complaints and dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at tea.arro@outlook.com; we aim to respond within 15 days. If we cannot resolve the issue directly, you may bring your complaint to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon), via the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (ttja.ee), free of charge.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Nothing in these terms affects your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
