You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, under EU consumer protection law (the right of withdrawal, Directive 2011/83/EU).

How it works: email us at tea.arro@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return. We'll confirm by email and send return instructions. Return shipping is free. Once we receive the item back in its original, unused condition, we'll refund the full purchase price, including the original delivery cost, within 14 days, to your original payment method.

This statutory right is separate from the Fluumi Return and Reuse program, which lets you send back a bouquet at any time (not just within 14 days) for a discount toward a new one.
