Processing time

Each bouquet is handcrafted to order. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships. During busy periods (such as holidays), processing may take a little longer — we'll let you know if there's a delay.

Delivery areas and cost

We currently deliver within Estonia and to other EU countries listed at checkout. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Delivery time

Estonia: 1-2 business days after your order ships.

Other EU countries: 3-7 business days after your order ships.

Order confirmation

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at tea.arro@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
